What are the shipping times?

Generally shipping times vay from 16 to 26 days but this depends on the number of orders at the time which could increase the days to 30 days.

What is the return policy?

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Is there a time limit on returns?

Yes, 30 days. Ususally the manufacturer has a 1 year limited warranty. You could always contact them for any issues after the 30 days lapse (terms and conditions apply)

How do you process my return?
If your purchase was made with a PayPal account or credit card, your refund will be made to the credit and/or debit card associated with the PayPal account. If a company Gift Card was issued, the amount will be issued to a new gift card. If the original form of payment was a PayPal line of credit, the refund will be issued to a company Gift Card.
